The hotel rooms are amazing, but I was charged for breakfast. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is super close to the waterfront but accessible to the rest of Savannah. The dining experience was excellent.

I found the hotel to be a mix of great and not-so-great aspects. The rooms had a large and very cool mid-century modern style, but they did not look thoroughly clean on the floor and in the bathroom after check-in. However, the hotel rooms were huge, which was a nice surprise.

Service
8.0
The service was so special to us and truly felt like family. The staff was always polite in the halls and elevators, greeting us and exchanging courtesies. While there were some minor instances of lack of training, overall, the service experience was positive.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was mostly in construction, leading to minor inconveniences. However, it was convenient to hop on the hop-off trolley and close to the River, restaurants, shopping, River Street, and City Market. Despite some inconveniences, the location allowed easy access to downtown Savannah and historical sites without needing a car.
Dining
5.0
I had to ask for dining options several times, and there were encounters with staff trying to refuse what was already paid for with the room. Breakfast was charged separately despite being part of the room payment, which was a drawback. The breakfast options were decent, and the service needed improvement in this aspect.
Facilities
The hotel offered a variety of facilities including room service, dry cleaning, laundry, valet parking, and options for car hire. However, some areas need more attention to detail, particularly in cleaning and dining services.
